• Login A login is a user of VitAI other than a candidate. VitAI allows your own organization to create recruiter accounts and to invite clients to have a login to check the recruitment you do for them, in realtime.
• Parse Parsing is where the uniqueness of VitAI lies. In a parse, we create a psychometric and a skill profile of a candidate, vacancy, company or team of colleagues.
• Match Based on two parses, VitAI's self-learning AI matching engine can determine a fit, we call this a match. VitAI will allow you to distinguish good from bad matches.
• Chat call When you use our powerful AI-based chatbot advertising to reach candidates, every answer the candidate gives will trigger a response from the AI engine. This single transaction is a chat call.
• Feedbackloop records VitAI's matching engine can be taught. We do this via a feedbackloop that will allow you specify scores on KPIs of matches made previously. VitAI will use these scores to make more targeted matches in the future. Every single score on a KPI of a match is a feedbackloop record.
• Support While VitAI is so easy to use you will find yourself generally not requiring support, we are there for you on those moments you do.
